Enrollment and Rules

Admission Policy:

Waee French Learning is a program based on school terms (Sept-Dec) (Jan-June).
The minimum commitment is one term.

Method of Payment:

- We send you an invoice with a link for easy payment.
- All payments are made automatically through a platform that offers you the possibility to pay with Wechat Pay, AliPay, UnionPay, Stripe for Credit Card, and e-transfer.
- The fees will be drafted on the day you pay online.

Refund Policy:

We regret to inform you that we have a no refund policy and cannot issue a refund for the class you have purchased on or you have started. While we understand that this is an inconvenience for you, our company policy states that a class paid should be used as a credit for a future use, for your child(ren) or for yourself.

Absence Policy:

- When a student is missing a class, we will send the Zoom recording to the student.
- We ask the student to watch it and to prepare questions.
- Once questions are done, and sent to the teacher in charge, we will provide a 30 to 45mn of free class to answer the questions and have the student ready for the next class.

Homework Completion:

It is the parents’ responsibility to ensure the child is completing the homework assigned on a regular basis.

Class Validity Policy:

All paid and unused class credits are valid for one year only, from the day when the student does not return to class and this date has been validated by the student's parents and Waee, in writing.
